For other branded mobile applications powered by Sun Hydraulics, our clients control all the Personal Data collected through our Products. We collect the information under the direction of our Clients and the processing of such information shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our Clients has engaged us. If you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly.

Smart Devices refers to those computing devices produced or manufactured by hardware manufacturers, with human-machine interface and the ability to transmit data that connect wirelessly to a network, including smart home appliances, smart wearable devices, smart air cleaning devices, etc.
Apps refer to those mobile applications developed by Sun Hydraulics that provide end users remote control to Smart Devices and with the ability to connect to the supplier IoT Platform.
What Personal Data do we collect
In order to provide you with our services, we will ask you to provide personal information that is necessary for such services. If you do not provide personal information, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding products or services.
1 Bluetooth permission data (required).
Collected items: device model, Bluetooth MAC address of the device, and interaction instructions.
Purpose: Establish connection, transmit control instructions (e.g. switch operation).
Storage: The data is cached locally only and is automatically cleared after exiting.
2 Location permissions (required for Android only).
Later versions of Android require location permission to support Bluetooth scanning, but do not record location information.

• Turn off the Bluetooth permission in your phone's settings at any time to terminate data interaction.

Information security measures
1 Bluetooth communication uses an encryption protocol to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks and eavesdropping.
2 All interaction data is only transferred between the phone and the device, and we do not store or back it up, and other apps cannot access it.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. This APP is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13) (or such other age provided by applicable law in your country/region of residence) and does not actively collect children's data.

We will update this Policy at least annually to reflect changes in our data protection and processing practices. If we make any material changes, we will update this Agreement and adjust the date without notice (due to the lack of internet connectivity).
